LP33 SERIES UPS UL
15-60KVA   208/208-120V

The LP33 Series is a robust, high performance UPS system suitable for broad range of mission critical applications including small data centers, medical, manufacturing, industrial, telecom and commercial buildings. It uses double conversion topology with a true on-line VFI (voltage frequency independent) design. The hybrid IGBT rectifier provides low input THD (total harmonic distortion) and high input power factor. The IGBT inverter section with transformerless output ensures low output distortion and fast transient response. The LP33 Series can operate in high efficiency Eco Mode with efficiencies up to 98% across a broad range of the operating load range. Eco Mode operation continuously monitors the output voltage and frequency, and will instantaneously switch to inverter during voltage or frequency disturbance to ensure compliance with the ITI (CBEMA) curve. Redundant Parallel Architecture™(RPA™) can be used to parallel up to 4 LP33 units for redundancy or capacity. The RPA system eliminates single points of failure by using redundant controls and integral static switches eliminating centralized bypass cabinets; and allows field addition of future modules for load growth.

SG SERIES UPS UL
30-750KVA  480/480-277V

The GE Critical Power SG Series is one of the most efficient and reliable three phase UPS systems in the world, providing critical power protection for a wide range of applications. Every SG Series system operates in double conversion mode with true continuous on-line VFI (voltage & frequency independent) operation, yielding maximum levels of power reliability for all mission critical processes. To achieve redundancy and increase power capacity, the SG Series can parallel up to 6 units using GE’s unique Redundant Parallel Architecture (RPA) technology in a flexible and cost-effective manner. In an RPA system, every UPS is controlled in a true peer-to-peer configuration with redundancy in all critical functions. Space Vector Modulation is the next generation of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) inverter control technology. SVM uses an advanced switching technique for PWM driving Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT). The objective of SVM is to generate the output voltage vector using simpler switching pattern combinations. Traditional PWM uses a three dimensional pattern, SVM simplifies the switching to two dimensions.

TLE SERIES UPS UL
40-1000KW  480/480-277V

ABB's TLE Series UPS brings the latest power conversion technology to the marketplace, using a three-level inverter design and a multi-mode architecture that makes real time decisions between premium protection mode and premium efficiency mode. The TLE Series UPS is one of the most energy efficient multi-mode UPS in the industry and provides world-class energy efficiency across the operating load range. The TLE Series delivers effciency up to 97% in double conversion mode and 99% in eBoost operating mode. This system efficiency substantially reduces operating and cooling costs thus providing a reduced cost of ownership and improved power usage effectiveness (PUE) compared to conventional UPS. GE’s UPS performance is optimized at 50-75% load operation, as this is the most common operating range. The optimization of the TLE Series includes selecting all major power chain components based on maximizing the component efficiency at partial load conditions. Unity (1.0) Output Power Factor. High (0.99) Input Power Factor. Less than 5% Input Current Harmonic Distortion.

SPD - SURGE PROTECTIVE DEVICES   (TVSS)

TR 7000  /  TPR7000
  65-300KA PER MODE
130-600KA PER PHASE

Voltage spikes and surges from both external and internal sources can cause damage to all electronics and directly affect the performance and life expectancy of connected equipment. From electronic lighting ballasts to computer servers, if there is a printed circuit board inside, it can be susceptible to transient voltage surge damage. As microprocessors and components that make up this equipment grow smaller and faster with each new generation, their susceptibility to transient voltage surge damage becomes ever greater.  The full-featured TR7000 Series with its advanced monitoring, disconnect and enclosure options has been designed to handle the highest levels of surge activity found in the most demanding commercial and industrial facilities. These units are ideal for both new and retrofit applications where performance cannot be compromised. TRANQUELL SERIES SPD UL
DIN RAIL MOUNTED
25, 50KA

GE’s Tranquell ™ Series Surge Protective Devices (SPDs) help minimize power-related problems by protecting sensitive electrical equipment from harmful transients. Most transients originate from within a facility and nearly 80% of today’s overvoltage problems are caused by equipment and power disturbances within the plant. These inner-facility transients are caused by light load panels switching on and off, motors starting and stopping, and close conductor proximity, just to name a few. Less than 20% of transient problems originate outside of the facility due to lightning strikes, utility grid switching, switching of capacitor banks, and electrical accidents.  The Tranquell Series SPD DIN Rail mount device is a Type 2 surge protective device that is modular and easy to install. DIN Rail mount housing allows for quick installation. Each unit has a compact footprint and user-replaceable phase surge pluggable modules with an IP20 finger-safe design. Both visual indicators and remote indicators (dry contact) provide SPD status to critical control circuits.

ATS - AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCHES

ZTS, ZTE  SERIES ATS

Closed transition switches utilize the proven switching technology of the Zenith ZTS/ZTSD Series of transfer switches combined with controls developed during GE’s years of experience in the manufacture of synchronizing switchgear. They provide the capability to transfer in a closed transition mode when both sources are within preset parameters. Utilizing Zenith’s high speed drive system, the overlap of the normal and alternate sources is less than 100 milliseconds. When one source is not within specified limits, such as during a power failure, the Zenith ZTSCT operates in a delayed transition mode.

The delayed transition transfer switch is ideally suited for pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, hospital x-ray equipment, or wherever the bulk of the load being controlled consists of large motors and/or transformers. Major UPS manufacturers strongly recommend the use of delayed transition type transfer switches to ensure proper operation of their rectifier circuit and battery system. The Zenith ZTSD allows a UPS system sufficient delay to recognize a power failure and transfer to batteries, acknowledge the return of power and allow the rectifier to walk-on to the new source, reducing any transfer anomalies.

ZTX, ZTG SERIES ATS

GE Zenith Low-Voltage
Automatic Transfer Switches

GE’s Zenith ZTG Series switches are built for standard applications requiring the dependability and ease of operation found in a power contactor switch.
